1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. sausage
1 med. onion, diced

Mix all ingredients well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve.

NOTE: Fry together sausage and onion. Drain and mix with other ingredients.
