APPLE MINCEMEAT COBBLER 
2 c. apple pie filling
2 c. mincemeat
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. butter
Brandy or rum to taste

COBBLER CRUST:

2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 lb. soft butter
6 tbsp. boiling water

Put biscuit mix in bowl with soft butter. Pour in boiling water. Mix with fork. Place pieces of dough on cobbler.

Combine all ingredients and place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with cobbler crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and crust is brown.
