CONGEALED BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli, lightly cooked
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 pkg. plain gelatin
1 can beef consomme
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix together broccoli, chopped eggs, salt and sauces. Chill. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup consomme. Heat remainder of consomme. Add gelatin mixture and stir. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Add to broccoli mixture. Add mayonnaise. Place in oiled mold.

I reduce mayo to 1/2 cup and add 1 cup of cottage cheese. Delicious!
