HAM AND BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 c. diced ham
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 c. stuffed olives, sliced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced thin
1/2 - 3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate.

Makes 10 to 12 servings. Broccoli may be cooked but will be crisper if thawed and well drained.
