1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 12/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. angel flake coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil. Blend: beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

Cream 1/3 cup butter. Blend in 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese. Add 1 pound box powdered sugar alternately with 4 teaspoons milk, beat. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on cake and sprinkle 2 cups angel flake coconut on top of frosting.
