CONGO BARS 
2/3 c. butter
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 c. chocolate chips

Cream together butter, brown sugar and eggs. Gradually add salt, baking powder and flour. When well mixed stir in chocolate chips. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. I prefer to use less chocolate chips but add to taste.
