“BLUE CHEESE FRIES” IS IN:

BLUE CHEESE FRIES 
1 pkg. frozen crinkle-cut French fries
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) container Athenos Blue cheese crumbles
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
FRANK'S® red hot sauce or sriracha, to taste (optional)
fresh chives, chopped

Bake fries according to package directions.

While fries are baking, in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour until well-blended.

Gradually stir milk into butter/flour and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened.

Remove from heat; stir in Blue cheese crumbles, salt and pepper.

Transfer hot fries to a serving platter and drizzle evenly with Blue cheese sauce. Drizzle with hot sauce or sriracha if using, then garnish with chopped fresh chives.

Note: Can also top with crumbled bacon or shredded Buffalo-sauced chicken breast.
