CAROL'S BLEU CHEESE BALL 
Great served on onion flavor crackers!

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 cup minced onion
2 or 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
walnuts or pecans chopped (enough to cover ball)

Place all ingredients (except nuts) in bowl. Let stand to room temperature.

Blend on low, beat until fluffy (I use a food processor).

Place on Saran or plastic wrap, shape into ball. Wrap and refrigerate until firm.

Roll in chopped nuts. Serve decorated with a maraschino cherry on top.
