"SINFUL" CARAMEL BARS 
14 oz. bag Kraft caramels
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix

Melt caramels with 1/3 cup milk, stirring constantly. Set aside. In mixing bowl, combine butter, 1/3 cup milk and cake mix. Put 1/2 of this dough in a greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle chips on top. Pour caramel mixture over chips. Top with remaining dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Serve with ice cream. Simply "sinful."
