CREAM CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry

Cream sugar, butter, and flour in bowl; beat in an egg at a time. Add milk, nutmeg, and salt; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer.
