1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix the first 3 ingredients and put in ungreased 9 x 13 pan.

Blend the last 4 ingredients together and pour over top. Top with the chopped nuts.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
