1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Soften 8 ounce cream cheese and blend, add 2 eggs and mix well. Blend in 1 pound of confectioners' sugar. Spread this over other mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
