1 box cake mix (yellow)
1 egg, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 box confectioners sugar, sifted
2 eggs, beaten

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and butter well. Pat into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 2 eggs. Pour over top of cake mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool.
