SOUR CREAM CHESS PIE | |
1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. corn meal 1/4 tsp. mace 3 eggs 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add corn meal and mace. Combine eggs and sour cream and add to corn meal mixture, stir well. Mix and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 400 degrees 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. |
