VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing 3 tbsp. Miracle Whip Mix well. Set aside. Pat 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake until golden brown or follow baking directions on can. Cool. Spread above cheese topping on dough. Layer finely chopped broccoli, green pepper, tomato and onion across pizza. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. (Best served the same day.) Cut into squares. Makes an excellent appetizer!) |
