HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
Salt & pepper to taste
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Season breasts with salt and pepper to taste. Combine butter, honey, mustard and curry powder. Spoon half of sauce into a shallow baking dish. Add breasts and turn to coat well. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Turn and baste chicken with remaining sauce often during cooking time.
