SHOESTRING SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) can Spam or boned ham
1 can mixed vegetables (frozen preferable)
1 (1 1/2 oz.) can shoestring potatoes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown ham and drain. Cook frozen vegetables until done; drain. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and onion. Toss ham and mix vegetables in dressing. Just before serving, mix shoestring potatoes with ham and vegetables. Top with cheese. Can be served hot or cold.
