SHRIMP SCAMPI 
3 lbs. fresh raw shrimp
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. finely cut parsley
1/2 c. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. dry sherry

Cream butter and garlic; stir in bread crumbs, parsley, and sherry. Taste and add more seasoning if you like--salt, Worcestershire, a pinch of mace or nutmeg.

Spread shrimp in shallow baking dish. Dot with butter mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
