NINE LAYER SALAD 
Shredded head lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
4 hard boiled eggs cooled and chopped
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 chopped small, sweet onion
8 slices bacon cooked and chopped or Hormel 100% from the jar
2 c. Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. sugar blended and spread
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Place layers in a NON-METAL dish, in the order in which they appear. Refrigerate 24 hours then serve. This salad will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
