IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced, pared tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
Streusel (below)

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease pie plate. Mix apples and spices. Turn into pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except Streusel, until smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute by hand beater). Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (55 to 60 minutes).

STREUSEL:

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
3 tbsp. butter

Mix until crumbly.
