ICE CREAM CRUNCH | |
2 c. flour 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. oatmeal (not instant) 1 c. butter 1 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts) 1 1/2 gal. ice cream 1 jar topping (chocolate or butterscotch) Combine all ingredients except ice cream and topping. Press into pan 14x10. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Crumble and cool. Press 1/2 of crust back into pan. Drizzle topping over crust. Cut ice cream to fit pan and place on top of crust and topping. Put remaining crust on top of ice cream and freeze for several hours. |
