PECAN CRUNCH ICE CREAM DESSERT 
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. butter, melted
3 c. flour

Mix together and spread on jelly roll sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir and bake for another 5 minutes. Cool crust, then crumble 1/2 of mixture into a 9x13 pan.

Dribble 1/2 jar of caramel sauce over mix. Slice 1/2 gallon ice cream and put over sauce. Put crust on top and dribble remaining sauce. Freeze.

(The sauce flows more freely if you microwave it for 60 seconds.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
