PECAN CRUNCH ICE CREAM DESSERT | |
3/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. oatmeal 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 1/2 c. butter, melted 3 c. flour Mix together and spread on jelly roll sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir and bake for another 5 minutes. Cool crust, then crumble 1/2 of mixture into a 9x13 pan. Dribble 1/2 jar of caramel sauce over mix. Slice 1/2 gallon ice cream and put over sauce. Put crust on top and dribble remaining sauce. Freeze. (The sauce flows more freely if you microwave it for 60 seconds.) |
