TUNA ROLL 
1 can tuna fish, drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix tuna, onion and cream cheese together until texture is smooth and well blended. Shape into log. Spread pecans on sheet of wax paper and roll tuna log in the nuts. Place on tray and chill 2 to 3 hours.
