HOT TUNA AND SWISS ROLLS 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 French rolls (4 inch each)

In a medium bowl, flake tuna. Stir in mayonnaise, cheese, celery, onion, salt, and pepper. Cut a thin slice off top of each roll. Hollow out centers (save center portions for soft bread crumbs). Stuff hollowed rolls with tuna filling, heaping mixture on top. Replace top crust, if desired. Place rolls on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until warmed through.

To microwave, place rolls (2 at a time) on a microwave-safe plate a few inches apart. Microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or just until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
