SWISS CHICKEN AND HAM ROLL-UPS 
1 1/2 c. finely chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 green onion, thinly sliced
6 slices boiled ham
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 to 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Paprika

In a bowl combine chicken, 1/3 cup soup and the onion. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture on each ham slice and roll up. Secure with a wooden toothpick if necessary. Spread rice in a shallow 1 1/2 quart dish. Place roll-ups on top of rice.

Mix remaining soup with sour cream and milk; pour over ham rolls. Cook on high in microwave for 12 to 14 minutes or bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika; cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
