SWISS CHICKEN AND HAM ROLL-UPS 
1 1/2 cups coarsely ground cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) can cream chicken soup, divided
1 green onion, thinly sliced
6 slices boiled ham
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup dairy sour cream or yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
paprika

Combine chicken, 1/2 cup soup and onion in a mixing bowl. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture on each ham slice and roll up. Secure with toothpick if necessary.

Spread cooked rice in shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Place roll ups on top of rice. Mix remaining soup with sour cream and milk. Pour over ham rolls.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. If microwave cook 12 to 14 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
