HAM AND EGG BAKE 
Bread slices, crust removed
2 c. diced ham
1 chopped onion
4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. flour
12 eggs
3 c. milk

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Cover bottom with bread slices. Layer ham, onion, cheddar cheese and flour. Mix eggs and milk. Pour this mixture slowly over layers. Refrigerate overnight - uncovered. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
