COMPETITION ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
1 qt. table cream (half and half)
1 qt. rich milk
1 pt. whipping cream

Beat VERY WELL eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Slowly add the creams and milk and continue beating. Total beating time is 10 minutes. Pour into ice cream freezer.
