1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. heavy cream

Combine cocoa and 1/4 cup sugar. Gradually add milk and eggs and bring to boiling point, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool. Add remaining ingredients and freeze according to your ice cream freezer directions.
