FREEZER COLESLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage (finely shredded)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 lg. carrot (shredded)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Combine vegetables and sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Stir constantly for 1 minute, then cool. Drain moisture from vegetable mix.
