ITALIAN SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. buttermilk baking mix (such as Bisquick)
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (I like to use White Cheddar)
2 tbsp. dry spaghetti sauce mix
2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Combine all ingredients and mix until mixture clings together. Roll into small balls about an inch in diameter. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350°F 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes about 8 doz. sausage balls.
