PARTY SAUSAGE BALLS:

1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. hot Italian sausage (bulk)
3 cups Bisquick baking mix
water, enough to make pliable

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients and roll into bite-sized balls.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve with Tomato Sauce Dip.

TOMATO SAUCE DIP:

1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
1 cup oil
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 slice onion
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed

Chop tomatoes and put them in a blender or food processor with remaining ingredients. Blend until all are combined.
