EASY GOURMET FISH FILLETS 
1 pkg. frozen fish fillets
Lemon juice
Butter
1 can shrimp soup, undiluted
2 green onions, chopped
1 c. low fat sour cream
1 tbsp. Sauterne or sherry
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Thaw and separate fish fillets. Place in greased shallow baking dish, sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Broil for about 10 minutes and remove from oven. Cover with sauce made from remaining ingredients. Place in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes until bubbly. Serves 4-5.

This may be prepared ahead of serving time and heated at last minute.
