1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
Few drops each desired food coloring and flavoring
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
Granulated sugar

Combine cream cheese with food coloring and flavoring in bowl. Work in confectioners' sugar, first with spoon and then knead with hands to form dough- like mixture. Roll in balls; dip each in granulated sugar. Press into molds and immediately release. Store in covered container.
