PUMPKIN BUNDT CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS | |
3 cup flour 2 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoon baking powder 3 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 4 eggs, beaten 2 cup sugar 1-1/4 cup oil 2 cups cooked, mashed pumpkin 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup chocolate chips Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together twice. Beat eggs and sugar together. Add oil and pumpkin, then blend in flour mixture. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350°F for 60 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack. |
