DIET GELATIN | |
3 c. diet 7-Up 2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin 1 tsp. vinegar 1 c. carrots, grated 1/4 c. celery, diced 1/2 c. stuffed Spanish olives, sliced Put 1 1/2 cups 7-Up in saucepan and sprinkle with gelatin. Stir to dissolve while heating. Remove from heat and stir in other 1 1/2 cups 7-Up. Mix in vinegar and set in refrigerator to cool. When it is the consistency of egg whites, mix in vegetables and return to refrigerator to set. |
