RICE SAUSAGE DRESSING 
6 oz. Long Grain and Wild Rice
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 lb. pork sausage or turkey
1 (6 oz.) box stuffing croutons
1 can (2 oz.) mushrooms
3 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
Poultry seasoning, to taste

Cook rice as directed on package. Saute onions and celery in butter. Cook sausage and drain. Combine all ingredients and place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. Will stuff 12 pound turkey.
