COWBOY'S STEW | |
1 lb. ground meat 1 lg. chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 2 med. chopped tomatoes 2 cans Ranch style beans 1 can whole kernel corn Brown meat and onion together; add garlic and tomatoes. Simmer. Add beans and corn and enough water to keep from sticking. Simmer 1 hour. (Serve over rice, optional.) |
