QUICK & EASY STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 can water
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
Cooked noodles

Brown steak and onion in butter. Stir in soup, water, sour cream, and paprika. Cover; cook over low heat 30-40 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir often. Serve over noodles.
