CRAB CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. fresh white crabmeat 1/2 lb. grated med. sharp cheese 1/2 c. butter 1 pt. milk 3 tbsp. flour 2 tsp. white pepper 1 tsp. salt Melt butter, add salt, pepper and flour. Then add milk and cook until you have a thick cream sauce. Grease a baking dish. Place a layer of crabmeat, a layer of cheese, and pour in some cream sauce. Repeat layers until dish is filled. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. |
