CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 stalks celery, minced
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Accent
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
Cracker crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Butter

Butter casserole dish. Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs and cheese in a bowl. Mix well, then let sit for 1 hour. Place in the buttered casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese, dot with butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
