SHRIMP SALAD 
BLUE CHEESE DRESSING:

2 tbsp. blue cheese, crumbled, use whitest part
1/2 c. salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

SALAD:

8 c. crisp lettuce, torn
1/4 c. blue cheese dressing
4 c. crisp lettuce, torn sm.
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. cooked tiny shrimp
1/4 c. blue cheese dressing

BLUE CHEESE DRESSING: Run all ingredients through blender until smooth. SALAD: Combine first amounts of lettuce and dressing in large bowl. Toss. Add more dressing as needed. Arrange on 4 large plates.

Place next 4 ingredients in bowl. Add dressing as needed. Toss. Arrange on center of lettuce on plates. Serves 4.
