BELGRADE HOT DISH 
8 lbs. hamburger
2 bunches celery
4 med. onions
5 cans (regular size) mushroom soup
5 cans (regular size) chicken and rice soup
4 cans Veg-All, juice and all
3-4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 med. box Minute Rice
Chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger, celery, and onion and drain well. Add rest of ingredients except chow mein noodles. Bake 2-3 hours. Top with chow mein noodles 10 minutes before serving.
