PECAN PIE | |
1 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 1 stick butter 3 eggs 2 tbsp. plain flour 1 c. pecans 1 tsp. vanilla 6 tbsp. milk 2 pie crusts Melt butter and stir in sugar and eggs. Add milk, flour and vanilla; beat with mixer, then add pecans and stir well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake for 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven, then lower temperature to 325 degrees and bake 25 minutes longer. |
