Melt in pan over low heat. Pour melted mixture over Rice Chex and coat thoroughly. Put 1/8 cup powdered sugar in a plastic bag. Add 1 cup coated Chex mixture. Shake until well coated. Pour out on waxed paper. Let dry. Repeat until all Rice Chex mixture is coated.
