Instant mashed potatoes
1 pkg. smokie links
Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
Parmesan cheese

Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to box to serve 8. Add garlic. Slit smokie links lengthwise to open for stuffing. Fill with potatoes very full. Top with thick slices of Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees until melted and sizzling, approximately 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite mustard as a dip.
