2 c. mashed potatoes
1 lg. cream cheese, room temp.
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 can French onion rings
Parmesan cheese

Grease 9"x12" pan. Beat first 6 ingredients until fluffy, put in pan. Sprinkle olives and cheese on top. The last five minutes. Sprinkle onions on. Bake 300 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
