GOLDEN MASHED POTATOES 
2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked potatoes, mashed
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1/4 c. (1 oz.) Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese

Combine potatoes, milk, butter and chives; beat until fluffy. Stir in half of process cheese spread. Spoon into 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until process cheese spread begins to melt.
