GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 lg. potatoes, peeled and cut into eights
1/3 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)

Combine flour, cheese, salt, and pepper in bag (if left over it can be frozen for later use). Moisten potatoes with water, shaking off excess. Place dry ingredients in a bag. Shake potatoes one at a time, coating well. Pour butter in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Place potatoes in pan in a single layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning once. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Yields 6-8 servings.
