MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
Instant potatoes for 12
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
Melted butter
Parmesan cheese

Fix instant potatoes for 12; fix stiff. Whip cheese and sour cream in bowl together then mix with potatoes. Put in baking pan and top with melted butter and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, uncovered. (45 minutes if made ahead and refrigerated.)
